Do you have a blog? You have to read this!

There's nothing more discouraging than those little "0 comments" links on every blog post you write.

If you are like me, you have a blog and you'd love to grow your readership.

I, too, would like to spread the word about my blog to the world. So you could imagine how thrilled I was to see Lain Ehmann (of True Scrap fame) is teaching her secrets in a live webinar.

Then I was even more excited to see it's free!

In this workshop, on July 23, Lain will share her insights from years in the publishing industry, plus her many years online. Lain will:

1. help you avoid common mistakes before it's too late
2. debunk myths about Facebook and Twitter
3. show you where all the scrappy people are and how to get them to your blog
4. do it all with a healthy dose of humour

Can't make it July 23? there will be a replay available to registrants

Here's the lowdown - on July 23 Lain Ehmann will host a live webinar and teach us how to get more eyes to our blogs.

Can't make it July 23? there will be a replay available to registrants.

Hope to see you there.

Happy blogging!

Our picnic #take12

It's time again for Ella's Take 12. On the 12th of each month I stop and take (hopefully 12) photos of our daily life. There’s also monthly theme prompts in the Take Twelve pack, but I’m keeping it simple with a toddler and new baby!

What is Take Twelve?

The goal of the 2012 Take Twelve Project is to take 12 photos on the 12th day of each month for a full 12 months—and scrapbook them! You can join in the fun any month of the year, but we hope you'll join in starting January 12. Get the scoop at ellapublishing.com/taketwelve.
Learn more about the history of the Take Twelve project and see Ella’s FAQ section.

Are you taking 12? Don't forget to share them on Instagram or Twitter with #take12 hash tag or in our Flickr group

I've been using Instagram to take my photos each month (mostly) supplemented with my Canon IXSUS point and shoot.
